Policy & Plain Language Projects

RoadSafetyBC Correspondence Manual: Initiated and developed a 60-page training manual and webinar series, improving ministry-wide team consistency and reducing errors. Standardized ministry correspondence processes for efficiency.
UBCIC Plain Language Project: Rewrote 43 provincial remedial letters for drivers, in partnership with the Union of B.C. Indian Chiefs (UBCIC) enhancing clarity, accessibility, and public trust in government.

Correspondence Manual (Pages 1-10)
Original manual was 4 pages and training depended on trainer memorization. I developed a 30-page manual to improve consistency and clarity, reducing errors and training time.
